Shipping

Order processing

Most of our items are made to order. After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours of order confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it on our shipping partner’s website.

“Working days” means Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

During sale periods, dispatch may take 12–15 working days. We will show the revised timeline on the site before you order.

Delivery times

These are estimates, and actual delivery depends on your location and the courier.

Shipping charges

• Within India: shipping is free on all orders.

• International: shipping charges depend on the delivery location and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Any other charges, including the COD fee for Cash on Delivery orders, are also shown at checkout before you pay, so you always see the total price first.

International orders

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility, and are not included in the price you pay us. Customs clearance can add to delivery time, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders require an advance payment of ₹1,500 when you place the order. The advance is part payment of the order price and is deducted from the balance you pay on delivery.

A COD fee of ₹100 applies to COD orders. It covers the cash handling charge made by our courier partners. The fee is shown at checkout and is collected with the balance on delivery.

If you refuse delivery or cannot be reached after 2 delivery attempts, we may retain only our actual, non-recoverable costs (such as production, outward shipping, and courier charges), up to the amount of the advance. We will refund any balance by bank or UPI transfer within 7 working days.

Delivery address

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are complete and correct. You can request an address change by emailing us before your order is dispatched. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delays and late orders

Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control do not make us liable.

If your order has not been delivered within 7 working days after the latest estimated delivery date, you may cancel it by emailing us and receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.

When you receive your order

Ownership and risk of the products pass to you on delivery. If your package arrives damaged, or the item is defective or incorrect, please follow the steps in our Return and refund policy.
